Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Betty
Vandenack. I am a self-taught artist. I have enjoyed
doing Pet Portraits and Equine Portraits for eleven years.
Pets and horses have always been a passion of mine since
childhood.
I live on a 25 acre farm in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. I am
married and have one daughter and two grandsons. We
share our place with a collie called Mister Twister, and an
Arabian mare named B. Mister and B are great companions
for sharing the outdoors and are always up for a walk or ride.
I have always loved to ride horses as well as take walks with
our dogs.
Painting and drawing pets and horses gives me a chance to
immortalize their beauty, spirit, and personality in a realistic
painting or sketch. It's all about sharing a love for pets and
horses with other people who love their pets and horses. It
is such a joy capturing the beauty of a dog, cat, horse, rabbit,
or any animal in a painting, pencil portrait, colored pencil
drawing, or charcoal portrait. It's such a pleasure to see when
a person loves the portrait I have drawn or painted. I hope
my pet and horse artwork brings a warm feeling to your heart,
a smile on your face, and many pleasant memories of the
times you share with your companion.
I consider it a pleasure and honor to paint or draw a pet
portrait or horse portrait of someone's beloved pet or horse.
I genuinely care about the artwork I put out for you as the
