What Mediums do you work in?
The paintings are done in acrylic paints, which are similar to
oil. I also do graphite pencil portraits, color pencil portraits,
and charcoal portraits.
How are paintings done?
Paintings are hand-painted with acrylic paints on
canvas and coated over with varnish. This is similar
to an oil painting.
Portrait Pencil Drawing, Colored Pencil Portraits,
and Charcoal Portrait Drawing?
Graphite pencil portraits, colored Pencil Portrait,
and charcoal sketches are done on a good quality
resilient, medium- grained paper, museum board,
illustration board, water color paper, and pastel
paper. Fixative is applied to the finished portrait.
The portrait should be matted and frame with glass
over it to protect it.
Plaques, Book Plaques, and Signs?
Plaques, book plaques, and signs are made out
of Pinewood. The portrait is painted on with
acrylic paints using your pet or horse photos as
reference. The writing is your choice of style of
lettering, color and wording. The stain is your choice
of shade. The items are coated over with indoor
outdoor varnish. The plaques and signs have hooks
attached to the back.
Pet & Equine Memorial Stones?
Memorial stepping stones are around or square
12" x 12" in diameter. The stones are solid
cement. Your pet portrait or equine portrait
is hand-painted on it with acrylic paints. The
stone is sealed all over as well as where the
portrait is painted on. Your photographs of
your pet or equine are used as reference. Each
stone is coated over numerous times with
outdoor varnish.
Can You Paint Or Draw Myself and My Pet Or Horse?
Yes I can paint or do a drawing of you and your
pet or horse.
How do I order?
You may order online by using this Order Form
and e-mailing me or this Order Form and printing it
out and sending it in the mail. Please send a couple
good close-up pictures of the pet, dog, cat, rabbit,
bird, or horse that depicts his/her color and features.
If the photos are not true to color please state the
color and any special features. The photographs may
be sent in jpeg or Gif format over the computer or
in the mail to:

What are the prices and sizes?
You may use this order form for the prices and
sizes for the canvas mats Order Form, plaques
and brushes Order Form, signs Order Form,
and memorial stones Order Form.
All pet portraits are affordably priced on sale
as gifts for any occasion.
Modifications?
All modifications are free of charge. I provide
prompt courteous personalized service to all
my clients. Your satisfaction is my main concern.
All portrait paintings, sketches, plaques, brushes,
signs, and memorial stones are preview by e-mail
or in person before they are accepted as a finished
portrait.
How long does a portrait take?
Depending on how many orders there are it should
be only a couple of weeks. Customers will be told
when they order if there would be a delay in
receiving the portrait on time.
Does it cost extra for more than one pet on a
portrait?
Yes there is cost of $20.00 for each additional pet on
a portrait. It is best to have one picture of all the
pets together for size information. Otherwise
separate photos are fine. The better the pictures
the more accurate a portrait can be created.
Portrait Policy?
All portraits are previewed by computer before you
accept the portrait. You may change anything you
like at that time. SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED!
Your down payment is refunded in full if you don't
care for the portrait. All photos are returned in
good condition with the payment.
Photographs?
Look through your favorite photos of your pet
and choose a couple of photos that show a good
sharp, clear, close up picture of your pet. Try to
get pictures that are as true to the pet's coloring
as possible. The focus, coloring, lighting and
expression helps in the creating the most realistic
portrait of your pet or horse. All photographs are
return in good condition with the portrait. If you

Shipping?
Most orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
The portrait is fully insured and carefully wrapped
to protect it. Customer pays the shipping.
Payment Method?
At this time I am only accepting personal checks or
cashiers checks. Shipping is paid by customer. The
shipping charge is the exact amount charged by the
Post Office. I mail the amount due by e-mail once
the portrait is shipped. All portraits are covered
by insurance. 25% down payment to start portrait.
Your down payment check is held until the portrait
has been approved by e-mail. If the portrait is
not acceptable the check will be returned.
