Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Betty Vandenack. I am a self-taught artist and I live on a 25 acre farm in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. I am married and have one daughter and two grandsons. We share our place with a collie called Mister Twister, and an Arabian mare named B. Pets have always been a special part of my life since childhood. They have given me so much with their friendship, loyalty, and companionship. They are always there when you need them and ask nothing in return but a pat on the head or a kind word. Taking care of them and training them has brought me so much joy. I have always loved to ride horses as well as take walks with our dogs. Just enjoying the great outdoors is special for me. Painting pets and horses gives me a chance to try and immortalize their beauty, spirit and personality in a realistic painting or sketch. I hope my artwork brings a warm feeling to your heart and a smile on your face. I genuinely care about the artwork I put out for you as the customer. I hope you can enjoy the portraits as much as I love painting or sketching your beloved pet or horse. I work diligently to put out the best portrait for you; with care and respect for you and your pet. Our pet's always give us so much love unconditionally. A portrait is a beautiful piece of artwork to portray your special companion in and keep as a remembrance. It's nice to pay a tribute to them for all the loving they have given us.
